Directions

Place one pouch between your upper or lower gum and cheek – can use 1 pouch on each side for maximum effect.
Let it rest for 30-120 minutes as it gradually releases hydrating ingredients. Use as needed.
Do not chew or swallow the pouch.
Discard after use.
IMPORTANT* - If pouch does not activate within 5-10 minutes, gently swish with water to lubricate pouch

Recommended Usage

Mild: 1-2 pouches per day
Moderate: 3-4 pouches per day
Severe: 5-8 pouches per day.

**Do not exceed 10 pouches per day**
