Return and Refund Policy

At Oral Pouch Solutions, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within the time frame outlined below, subject to the conditions in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to the personal nature of oral products and for health and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at ops@oralpouchsolutions.com with the following information:

Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the address to ship the item(s) back to.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the return is rejected (e.g., opened or used items), we will notify you and the product will not be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess and, if verified, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
